How Are Your Resolutions Going? It’s Not too Late to Make a Resolution You Are Sure to Keep

Okay…Okay, I think it is fair to say that we are all sick and tired of the New Year New You concept that we tiredly force ourselves into each year. Generally our new found motivation to improve ourselves  typically turns into a gigantic failure a month, maybe two after the original excitement to do something good four ourselves wears off.

Why not take all the wonderful motivational energy the New Year has bestowed upon you and find something that will help you improve yourself, but doesn’t require a huge time commitment and is something you might actually enjoy.  Here are a few of my favorites:

Eat More Chocolate
Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that have been shown to help protect against aging, high blood pressure, heart disease and hormonal imbalances.  Not to mention what could be more wonderful than allowing yourself to indulge?

Wind Down with Wine Each Day
A glass of wine a day has health benefits both physical and mental such as reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke and heart attack . Red wines are known to have anti-aging properties, and a recent study reveals that women who are light to moderate consumers of wine are at a lower risk for obesity

Tried and True Exercise
Facial-Flex Ultra is a facial exercise device that if used just 4 minutes a day, can help maintain a youthful appearance. This device exercises over 30 muscles in the face, chin and neck providing a natural lift contouring facial features.

Give & Get Regular Massages
You can go to your favorite spa if you have extra $$ to spend, find a local massage school for a low cost fully professional massage, or schedule some time with your significant other and enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your own home. Regardless of how and where who doesn't  love a good massage?

If your New Year’s resolution is not going as well as you expected, you should give some of these ideas a try, you won’t be disappointed.
