With summer right around the corner, warmer weather calls
for new scrubs to brighten and refresh dull skin. If you don’t know what a
facial scrub is or how it differs from a cleanser, here’s what you need to
know:
- Facial scrubs shouldn’t be used on a daily basis (unless you shop for a product that specifies that). Typically, you want to use a scrub 2-3 times a week for best results.
- Scrubs help exfoliate skin, sloughing away at dead skin cells to help reveal a brighter, healthier looking you. Facial scrubs help prevent acne, make pores smaller, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and of course, make it easier for your skin to absorb moisturizers.
- Simply put, everyone needs a facial scrub!
From sweet smelling scents to anti-aging properties, we’ve
rounded up five of our favorite facial scrubs for every beauty budget.
